The contact and membership forms collect the name, email, interests and message you submit, with your explicit consent. Do not include passwords, financial account details, health records or identity documents.

Requests are stored server-side outside public assets for manual review. Identical submissions are deduplicated. Records older than thirty days are removed during subsequent intake processing. The form does not send an email, approve membership or guarantee a response time. Connection addresses are used temporarily in memory for rate limiting; they are not included in saved enquiry records.

A request reference identifies your submission. Quote it when asking about correction or removal using the existing [email protected] contact channel. Mailbox delivery has not been independently verified.

Public sources and optional features

Weather searches send a city or rounded coordinates to OpenStreetMap/Nominatim and MET Norway. The interactive map loads from OpenStreetMap. Sources may process connection metadata under their own policies. Location permission is requested only after you press the location button.

Optional birth details are used in this browser view only and are not submitted by the personal-guide control. Public news and space-weather feeds are fetched server-side from their named publishers. Member previews use the existing httpOnly demo-identity cookie; a demo profile is not verified membership.

Legal review still required

This is an accurate description of the implemented intake workflow, not a lawyer-approved privacy policy. The legal operator, address, jurisdiction, data-controller contact and complete retention/deletion procedure must be supplied and reviewed before this replaces a final legal policy.
